I haven't been to this doctor in over a year, and all of the sudden they try to bill my old insurance, and then bill me for a visit. I call and ask them why, and the office manager gets rude with me, insisting that I had been there a month ago. She finally pulls my file, and sees that I haven't been there, and discovers it was a typo. I tell her to go ahead and delete all my files because I won't be coming back, and she tells me that she doesn't really care, and that she won't delete my files.

After much arguing about who's information my information was, she finally agrees to shred my info. I doubt that she does it though. She was a fat rude old heffer.
